The idea behind The Eagle Directory—of providing a source of information about eagles from around the world—got its start when the creator of the website, L.Z. Han, tried to find a comprehensive list of all eagle species and subspecies. She couldn't. So, she decided to try to remedy that problem.
She started from scratch, picking up XHTML, CSS, and a little graphic design along the way, researching and gathering data about eagles from as many reliable sources as possible. After a year of work she decided the content was finally ready. And here it is. L.Z. Han hopes you will find The Eagle Directory interesting and useful.
